If you’re trying to find someone to give a motivational talk to your group and/or serve as a life coach for you or someone you know, then look no further. I would highly recommend Mr. Rick Ceh of Find iT Coaching. He is a highly motivated and self-directed learner who strives for excellence in everything he does and encourages others to do the same. Understandably, in my 36 years in higher education as both a faculty member and an administrator, I have had the opportunity to interact with numerous individuals and to hear many presentations. Rick stands out in the top 1 percent. His talk on motivation was extremely engaging and informative. He had students work both in groups and individually to reflect on their own motivation. The students in the audience remained thoroughly interested throughout the entire 1 hour and 15 minutes. Several came up after the workshop to tell him what a great job he had done.
On a more personal note, Rick has a delightful personality. He is humble, very considerate of others and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done well. He demonstrates string leadership skills and works well in teams or independently. He lives the motivation that he talks about to others. And he has a great sense of humor.
